This is just unbelievable.
Three people have been reported dead as the state of Louisiana has been hit by catastrophic flooding. Over 1000 people have been rescued from the state, in a period of turmoil that has been described by Gov. John Bel Edwards as ‘unprecedented’.
Footage has emerged on social media of a rescue team saving the lives of people trapped inside a clearly sinking car.
The rescuers in the boat make it to the car just in the nick of time, breaking open the windows and pulling the driver out just in time.
