This video of a couple in France has gone viral, after a barrage of waves overpowered the elderly couple.
What starts off as a lighthearted video quickly takes a turn and it is actually quite difficult to watch, because for a few seconds it looks like the pair are in serious trouble.

The caption under the video explains that the person filming was unable to help because of a disability, but the couple were eventually rescued and escaped safe and sound.
It was definitely a close call.
