Can you get it?
There’s something addictive about watching people that are trying to figure out the simplest of brain teasers and riddles. We’ve no idea what it is, but it’s magnetic.
It’s almost like you can see the wheels turning in their brain, their dedication to kick the thinking process into gear and ultimately, the inevitable frustration that comes from being close, yet SO far away.
We’ve already seen people trying to guess the correct answers about the chicken and the cows, half my age and this Donegal lad attempting to answer 28 general knowledge questions, but now it’s the turn of Mayo man Adam Varley and his quizmaster housemate, Darragh Kilcoyne.
Take a look as Adam tries to answer the following riddle, “The boy is walking down the road with the doctor. The boy is the doctor’s son, but the doctor is not the boy’s father. What is the doctor to the boy?”
We do love the moment when Adam is actually given the answer but still has to wait until the penny finally drops.
