If you're worried that you've been gaining weight over the summer, don't stress too much - it could just be that photographs of you are very misleading.
A widely-shared video on social media has highlighted how different the subject of a photograph can look depending on the width of the lens.
The gif shows an apparently slim man's face expanding at a rapid rate as the width of the lens increases. The video begins at 20mm before slowly going through various sample shots taken by other lenses - with effects that vary hugely.
