Guess who shows up regardless?

Ever wonder what would happen if every city in Ireland were to host a dinner party? Us neither, but it’s an interesting idea.

Cork, Limerick, Waterford and Galway are having a good bit of craic, and they seem to have an understanding of one another. That understanding involves not wanting Dublin to join them at the dinner table.

Maybe Dublin isn’t all bad

In their minds, this is the way it should be. The smaller cities of Ireland teaming up against the pantomime villain that is Dublin.

Is the animosity towards Dublin fair, though? True enough, he can be a bit loud and struggles to see the difference between many of his neighbours, but he’s still part of the gang.

At the end of the day, Dublin isn’t really all that bad. Apart from brandishing the Sam Maguire trophy in everyone’s face and stealing Waterford’s chair, that is…

The video is all part of a campaign from Dublin Chamber to show that Dublin is helping to make Ireland a better place to live. Just like it was at the dinner party, everything works out a lot more smoothly when we all agree to work together.
