WATCH: Waterford stag party kicks off a massive singsong in busy London tube station

When you can get London on your side immediately, it’s probably going to be a good weekend away.

For some inexplicable reason, Irish stags parties just have a knack for finding the greatest item imaginable for the occasion lying around in the least likely of places.

Case-in-point is the stag for Waterford man David Flynn, whose group landed in London on Friday (9 March) only to happen upon a piano, which just so happened to be hanging around the Tottenham Court Road tube station at that very moment.

Probably sensing that the universe was acting in his favour, he began playing the Elton John and George Michael classic, ‘Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me’ while his co-conspirators also belted the number, drawing dozens of onlookers in to ogle at this surprise.

Rousing nearly everybody around to join in, really there isn’t a better way to kick things off than to win the applause of commuters in one of the city’s busiest stations.
