The weather was too hot for these lads on the pints in Meath, so they brought a kiddie pool to the pub

The locals are now drinking with them. Gas.

There are always a few certainties that happen whenever the sun comes out in Ireland. 1) We lose the run of ourselves. 2) Any canal in Dublin is always wedged with people drinking cans. 3) Sunburn. So much sunburn.

Another regular sight is a wedged beer garden but for Aaron Morgan and his mates, they weren’t going to let the opportunity slide to have a bit of craic when they were out on the pints and spotted that they could act the divil.

Aaron and his friends were enjoying a few drinks at the High Horse Pub in Trim, Co. Meath and after noticing that the owner was away, they nipped off to the shop across the road to buy a kiddie pool.

Why? Well, who wouldn’t like to have a few drinks while chilling out?

After noticing that the beer garden had a tap at the back, they decided to fill it up.

Granted, it’s hard to get away with a stunt like this without the staff noticing but after a very sound bar man named Dylan Dunne saw what was going on, he decided to let the lads have their fun and keep shtum.

Fair play to Dylan.

As you can see in the photos below, the gang – Sean McHuge, Eoin Hanson, Darina Boyle, James Flynn, Mary Smith, James Costello and Sharron Boyle – have all been enjoying their drinks since 1pm and it appears that they’re extremely popular with the other patrons.

In fact, the locals are so jealous that they’re even joining them in the pool for a few drinks.

Take a look at Ireland’s swankiest and newest poolside bar.

Well played.
