We reckon that this has to be the luckiest Winning Streak family in Ireland

Come on, leave a bit of luck for the rest of us.

A Donegal man is set to appear on the National Lottery TV game show, Winning Streak, just four weeks after his cousin won €25,000 on the RTÉ One show on her second appearance in 10 years.

Pauric Collum from Redcastle, Donegal will take to the Winning Streak stage just a month after his cousin, Maggie Collum, from Falcarragh in Donegal, won €25,000 on the very same show.

Maggie let her identical twin sister, Rosie play the game for her – and in 2009 Rosie herself won €37,000 on the programme.

Seriously!

We get that the game is called Winning Streak, but that’s just taking the piss a little bit.

Next thing you know we’ll be hearing that this was the same family who won the €175 million in the EuroMillions last week.

Collum will be on Winning Streak on 2 March, alongside four others, and based on his family’s luck so far, we imagine that he’s going to do fairly well.

If you yourself are feeling lucky, to enter the draw to appear on the TV show, simply scratch to reveal 3 stars on the Winning Streak scratch card, pop it into one of the special green 3-star envelopes, available from all National Lottery Retail Sales Agents, and get it into them at the National Lottery.
