"The cockroach had burrowed into the roof of the nose, almost near the skull base, which is the dividing point between the brain and the nose," the doctor said. Over the course of 45 minutes, the inch-long and still very much alive cockroach was eventually removed from the woman's skull. The insect had been inside the woman for over 12 hours, and if it had died before being removed, it may have caused a massive infection and eventually killed her. Sleep tight, everyone!Ewwww!
