Because the best type of food is free food.

Zambrero, burrito hub and healthy fast-food restaurant chain and humanitarian enterprise will today open the doors of its fifth restaurant. And to celebrate, the Mexican food specialist will be offering free burritos to the the first 100 customers inside their doors.

The new Zambrero is located on Dublin’s Parnell Street, and opens today for the very first time at 11am.

For those of you who can’t make the grand opening, the new north side Zambrero will also be offering 2 for 1 offers right through to 8pm Wednesday night.

Spearheaded by former Leinster rugby pro, Darragh Fanning, the launch of the Parnell Street branch swiftly follows the opening of Zambrero Beacon South Quarter. Speaking ahead of the opening, Fanning said:

”This year has been a huge success for Zambrero along with many enquiries for franchise opportunities after the successful opening of Beacon South Quarter. We are thrilled to be welcoming customers inside our new home from tomorrow.”
Coinciding with the opening of its Parnell Street branch, Zambrero is also exclusively launching its second in-house Mexican barista and chocolatier offering, Coco Mexico. The new set-up will be offering roasted coffee and hot chocolate to all customers.
In a bid to eradicate world hunger, for each meal purchased in a Zambrero restaurant, the company donates a plate of nutritious food to the developing world through its ‘Plate 4 Plate’ initiative. To date, over 19 million meals have been donated by Zambrero enterprises.
