The effects of torrential rain are being felt right across Ireland this weekend; after unseasonably mild and sunny spells of late it’s certainly been back to reality with a bang in the last few days.
We already brought you evidence of what must be the most waterlogged GAA pitch in the country in Clonbur in Galway, but at least there were no cars parked on it.
We can’t say the same for the car park in Jackson’s Hotel in Ballybofey in Donegal, where some motorists must have got a rude awakening when they saw the state of the car park this morning.
