We cannot wait to see this again…
Fans of Showtime’s Homeland got a glimpse of the upcoming season with a brand new teaser trailer in which we check in with Carrie and the gang after the death of Brody (played by Damien Lewis) in the Season Three finale.
In this trailer we see Carrie, now the head of the Turkish branch of the CIA, taking the lead role on her own as she also becomes a new mother, presumably to her child fathered by Brody.
The child, however, appears to be left in America, but under who’s care remains unclear. Old habits appear to be dying hard for Mathison as she is seen swallowing tablets and wine in the new trailer, so expect plenty more of the ‘upside-down face’ crying and jazz freakouts.
Additions to the cast include Corey Stoll who you may rememer from House of Cards in the role of Peter Russo. Homeland Season Four is expected to air in the US in October and shortly afterwards here in Ireland. Hurry up Carrie!
