There is a call out for extras to be a part of the third season of the American TV show Into The Badlands.

Movie Extras has said that they urgently need over 100 extras for the series which will begin shooting in Ireland in the coming months.

They’ve highlighted that they are looking for Asian, black and Hispanic adults and also people with martial arts, gymnastic or dancing experience.

They’ve said:

“We are casting 1,000’s of Extra Roles over the next 9 months and are particularly looking for 100’s of Asian, Black and Hispanic adults to be part of the 3rd season of the major U.S. TV series, Into The Bandlands, starring Daniel Wu, Nick Frost, Orla Brady and Sarah Bolger. We are also looking for martial artists, gymnasts, dancers and physically fit or active adults for some epic battle scenes this season.”

All applicants must be over 18 years of age with good availability over the coming months. Locations will be in Wicklow and Dublin. For more information on the roles visit their website.

Derek Quinn, Managing Director of MovieExtras.ie, says:

“This is a great opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major production and to be part of a really popular US TV series. Also, a great way to get some extra cash for Christmas. Generally the pay for a day will be €100 (ranging from €83 to €130). You could be on set four or five times a month, so you could earn as much as €2,000 before the New Year.”
