When Harry Met Sally –  BBC Four – 9pm

Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan star in one of the most beloved rom-coms of all time.

The Krays – ITV 4 – 9pm

This well-reviewed ’90s crime-drama sees real-life brothers and Spandau Ballet band members Gary and Martin Kemp play British gangster twins Ronald and Reginald Kray.

War of the Worlds – Film Four – 9pm

Steven Spielberg directs this updated version of H.G Wells’ sci-fi classic about an alien invasion threatening the future of humanity. Tom Cruise stars as a father trying to protect his family.

The Proposal – Comedy Central – 9pm

This hit rom-com centres on a Canadian executive (Sandra Bullock) who learns that she may face deportation from the U.S. because of her expired visa.

Determined to retain her position as editor-in-chief of a publishing house, she convinces her assistant (Ryan Reynolds) to temporarily act as her fiancé.

Street Kings – Turner Classic Movies – 9pm

David Ayer (End of Watch, Suicide Squad) directs a script from crime writer James Ellroy about an undercover cop (Keanu Reeves) implicated in the murder of a fellow officer who struggles to clear his name.

Date Night – Comedy Central – 11.15pm

Steve Carell and Tina Fey star in this decent comedy about a bored married couple whose attempt at a romantic evening turns into something more thrilling and dangerous after a case of mistaken identity.

Passenger 57 – ITV 4 – 11.35pm

The movie which made Wesley Snipes an action star, Passenger 57 centres on an airline security expert who finds himself trapped on a passenger jet when terrorists seize control of it.
