It’s Saturday.

We’re excited to tell you there’s a stellar line up of movies on TV this evening with a little something for everyone.

Here’s the pick of the bunch.

Inception – ITV2 – 8pm

Dreams and shit.

Sully: Miracle on the Hudson – BBC One – 8.30pm

A brilliant film about real-life pilot Chesley ‘Sully’ Sullenberger, whose 2009 emergency landing of US Airways Flight 1549 on the Hudson River caught the eyes of the world.

Logan – Channel 4 – 9pm

One of the best comic book films of the last ten years.

Pitch Perfect 2 – E4 – 9pm

Lacks the charm of the first but still decent.

Godzilla – Sky One – 9pm

Not the one with Matthew Broderick. Godzilla is the good guy in this one.

Legally Blonde – Comedy Central – 9pm

Reese Witherspoon stars as a lovable college student who has enrolled in Harvard law school purely to get back at her ex, but ends up showing him what she’s really made of.

Bad Boys II – SyFy – 9pm

We weren’t sure this fell under the SyFy remit, but there you go.

Big Game – Film4 – 9pm

Samuel L Jackson plays the President Of The United States, who survives Air Force One being shot down and crashing Finland.

With the help of a 13-year-old, he must survive being hunted by mercenaries.

GoldenEye – UTV – 9.05pm

The beginning of the glory that was the Brosnan Bond era.

Gladiator – RTÉ2 – 9.20pm

Russell Crowe embarks on a mission of revenge for the death of his wife and child in ancient Rome.

The Client – BBC One – 11pm

Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones star in this John Grisham adaptation that finds a young witness fighting to survive.

The Good Girl – TG4 – 11.15pm

Jennifer Aniston and Jake Gyllenhaal are decent value in a decent indie drama/comedy.

Super 8 – Channel 4 – 11.40pm

Basically Stranger Things, but before Stranger Things was a thing.

JJ Abrams directs.
