Chris O’Dowd may have had ‘one too many’ before going on The Last Leg

To be fair, he laughed it off.

While the majority of people will usually be watching the Late Late Show or Graham Norton on a Friday night, The Last Leg on Channel 4 usually flies in under the radar of most Irish audiences but the most recent show has plenty of people talking.

The I.T Crowd and Moone Boy star Chris O’Dowd was a guest on the panel show alongside Jessica Hynes,  Alex Brooker, Adam Hills, and Josh Widdicombe.

Granted, the Roscommon man always had a unique delivery of his gags and anecdotes, but quite a lot of people think that he may have enjoyed his recent birthday celebrations a bit too much.

In fact, Adam Hills even read out a tweet to the Bridesmaids star which said: “it’s really hard to be the most legless person on The Last Leg” but to O’Dowd’s credit, he just laughed it off and gave a little cheers gesture to the camera.

Take a look at that particular clip and some of the reaction to O’Dowd’s appearance.

Here’s what people made of it.

Overall, it went down well.
