According to
Den Of Geek, the welcome news has broken that Channel 4 has acquired the rights to FX series, Fargo, based on the original 1996 Coen Brothers film. The new TV series inspired by the classic comedy crime film, which is executive produced by Joel and Ethan Coen, is reported to be airing on Channel 4 this spring.
With a fantastic cast including everyone's favourite Hobbit Martin Freeman, Breaking Bad's Bob 'better call Saul' Odenkirk and a whole bunch of other people who are paid to act real good including Billy Bob Thornton, Colin Hanks and Allison Tolman, Fargo the TV series looks to be perfectly in keeping with the tone of the much-loved Fargo the film.
