You should definitely watch Dave Chappelle’s brand new special

Dave Chappelle has dropped a surprise stand-up special that deals with everything that is currently going on in the world.

Dave Chappelle has released a stand-up special, out of the blue, that is free to watch YouTube.

Although, referring to it as a stand-up special probably doesn’t do it justice, given the serious nature of the content he touches on.

It is called 8:46, referencing the length of time that a police officer Derek Chauvin had his knee on George Floyd’s neck, and the current tension in America is almost entirely what Chappelle discusses throughout.

It is completely enthralling from start to finish, with Chappelle visibly shook up by what is happening in America.

Speaking of Floyd’s death, he said: “People filmed it. And for some reason that I still don’t understand, all these fucking police had their hands in their pockets. Who are you talking to? What are you signifying?

“That you can kneel on a man’s neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds and feel like you wouldn’t get the wrath of God? That is what is happening right now. It’s not for a single cop. It’s for all of it. Fuck all of it. I don’t mean to get heavy but we gotta say something.”

In a message posted attached to the video, Chappelle said: “Normally I wouldn’t show you something so unrefined, I hope you understand.”
