Dean Ambrose, AKA Jon Moxley, AKA Jonathan David Good has revealed what made him leave the WWE.

Speaking on Chris Jericho’s podcast, AEW wrestler Jon Moxley has voiced his complaints with the WWE, where he wrestled under the name Dean Ambrose.

He said that he didn’t appreciate being written as an “idiot”, but that he had to go along with it as it was part of the job.

He said: “If I have something to prove, it’s that I want to prove that your creative process—the WWE’s creative process—sucks… It does not work. It’s absolutely terrible.”

Moxley was even asked to say a line about Roman Reigns’ cancer, which was apparently so bad that it risked losing WWE sponsors. He refused to say the line on the podcast, but said that the person who wrote it should be ashamed.

Moxley’s objections to what he was being asked to do were so strong that he became “physically sick” ahead of each episode of Monday Night Raw.

Both Moxley and Chris Jericho himself now work for All Elite Wrestling, who are the WWE’s biggest and most serious threat in years.

AEW is owned by Tony Khan, the same man who owns Fulham Football Club and the NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars.
