Dune trailer

It’s here. It is finally here.

The first trailer for the highly-anticipated movie Dune has finally been released.

And while we are excited to see any blockbuster on the big screen after what has felt like an eternity away from the cinema, we have even more reasons to be excited about this movie in particular.

Firstly, the cast. Dune stars *takes deep breath* Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem.

Outrageous.

And secondly, this trailer.

We have finally got a look at what the movie is all about, and we are buzzing.

Just listen to that Zimmer score…

Dune is a feature adaptation of Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel, about the son of a noble family (Timothée Chalamet) entrusted with the protection of the most valuable asset and most vital element in the galaxy.

Dune is expected to be released in Irish cinemas on 18 December of this year.

A Q and A with the cast was also released on Wednesday, which can be seen here:
