We make absolutely no secret of our love for actor Danny Dyer.

Where he’s having a propa’ nawty time hanging around with some soccer hooligans or doing his own nut in learning about his family tree, the man has a way of communicating like other.

He’s currently taking a break from his role on popular soap opera Eastenders, with the official line being that he is suffering from exhaustion.

The Sun on Sunday called this into question, alleging that Dyer had been clashing with cast and crew. Those behind the show have emphatically refuted these claims.

A spokesperson for the show said:

“Danny is always a consummate professional. Danny has never walked off set, nor has he ever lost his temper or been rude to anyone at work. Danny is an extremely popular member of cast and respected by everyone on the show.” The representative was clear, saying there was “absolutely no truth in any of these allegations”.

The BBC had previously also stood by Dyer’s decision to take a break, saying it was “not enforced by bosses.”

Slags.
