Over the years, we’ve seen Louis Theroux get involved in some pretty strange events and encounters. For example, we’ve seen him enter a demolition derby, hang out with black nationalists, spit bars on his own gangster rap CD, and spend time with convicted murderers, but in his latest show, we saw a more kinky side to the beloved broadcaster.
In Love Without Limits, Louis traveled to Portland, Oregon, to get an extremely hands on experience of the polyamorous lifestyle.
In doing so, Theroux became embedded in the heart of a movement seeking to rewrite the rulebook on how we conduct intimate relationships and experience family life.
Portland, whose city motto is ‘Keep Portland Weird’, is seen as the US capital of polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, the practice of openly and transparently having multiple relationships that go further than just sex.
After watching the documentary, our immediate thoughts went to Jerry who clearly wasn’t happy with this lifestyle, but one scene did grab the attention for obvious reasons.
Well, that’s bound to happen when you’ve got a room full of nude people that are all over each other like rabbits in heat. To quote the immortal words of Ross from Friends: “I don’t know if I’m hungry or horny.”
Take a look at the whole scene below and we’re delighted to say that Louis managed to get Theroux it.
