If you want your movie to be scary and intense, then you hire J.A. Bayona to direct it.
The man behind the incredibly frightening The Orphanage, the gut-wrenching The Impossible, and the tear-jerking A Monster Calls knows how to emotionally wrap the audience around his little finger, and he puts all of his skills to work into his latest movie Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Giving him a massive budget on one of the year's biggest blockbusters was a terrifically smart move, and it is all up there on the big screen, ranging from huge action set-pieces (the volcano eruption!) to the more claustrophobic, almost haunted-house scares that follow.
We were lucky enough to sit down with the hugely talented director in the lead-up to the release of his new movie, and we had to ask him about any particular influences that he had in mind when it came to making a much scarier Jurassic Park movie, and his answer really surprised us.

Meanwhile, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is due to arrive in Irish cinemas on Wednesday 6 June, and we were also lucky enough to catch up with the stars of the movie, including Jeff Goldblum, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
We also chatted to the movie's writer (who also happened to direct the first Jurassic World) Colin Trevorrow.
Keep an eye on JOE and The Big Reviewski for all of those, and in the meanwhile, check out the trailer for the movie below:
