Four brilliant things to watch on Netflix this weekend if you’re feeling lazy

Plenty of choice…

Look, we hate to be bearers of bad news, but this weekend isn’t promised the best on the weather front.

*collective sigh*

But we’re not going to let that get us down, because if our moods were weather-dependent in Ireland, then we’d probably never get out of bed.

The good thing is that there’s ample content for you to enjoy from the safety of your living room/bed over the weekend to pass the time in between the bursts of rain and thunder.

Have a look at some of these…

Orange is the New Black Season 5 (Now streaming)

Based on the best-selling memoir by Piper Kerman, the newest season of Orange delves into the racial and economic tensions that run rampant in the halls of Litchfield.

The first four seasons have proved a massive hit with fans since their release and the hysteria for the show has reached new levels.

Flaked: Season 2 (Now Streaming)

Chip returns to Venice after a short exile and finds that he is persona non grata. No store, no friends, not even a guest house to live in, it’s a long road back to the way things were.

Flaked is back for Season 2 since June 2, and anything that stars Will Arnett is fine by us.

Orphan Black: Season 5 (From 11 June)

In the final season, Sarah and her sisters scramble to protect Kira from Neolutionists and unravel a mystery that stretches back more than a century.

This one isn’t around until Sunday, but with the entire series receiving a 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s worth checking out.

 Shimmer Lake (Now Streaming)

An inventive crime thriller told backwards – reversing day by day through a week – following a local sheriff’s quest to unlock the mystery of three small town criminals and a bank heist gone wrong.

Family matters will complicate things for the Sheriff, unfortunately.
