Gogglebox Ireland rolls on this evening (Wednesday, 8 September) on Virgin Media One with the arrival of some brand new faces.
Joining the fray will be Anastasia and Noel Blake, a father-and-daughter combination that hail from Fethard in Tipperary.
According to the all-important vital statistics, the pair "watch a lot of telly together" which is likely a safe prerequisite for appearing on a reality show that involves you watching a lot of TV for the purposes of entertainment.
Anastasia and Noel are also said to be big fans of westerns, Match of the Day and GAA.
Noel sounds like the dark horse, in fairness, given his professed passion for YouTube videos in which log cabins are put together. No mere digital tourist, the man himself constructed seven sheds and a hand-made pub during lockdown.
Let's hope he adhered to regulations and the Gardaí didn't raid it, prohibition shibeen-style.
