Good news because Chris Rock’s first stand-up special in a decade is coming to Netflix

Paul Moore

If you love Chris Rock, you won’t be missing this.

A few weeks ago, Netflix teased us all when they released a very cryptic trailer that only featured a few tambourine. After trying to decipher what the bejesus it actually meant, we just gave up but we’re delighted to say that it’s a teaser for Chris Rock’s latest stand-up gig.

Very few comedians are as insightful, honest and absolutely hilarious as Chris Rock because his takes on relationships, race, and society are second to none.

Last year, the Grammy and Emmy Award-winning comedian sold out venues around the world with his Total Blackout Tour.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Rock has enjoyed ongoing success in both film and television as a comedian, actor, writer, producer and director.  Aside from this, he has won four Emmy Awards, three Grammy Awards and is a New York Times Best-Selling Author.

Chris Rock: Tamborine is his first stand-up special in ten years and it’s available to watch on Netflix from February 14.

Hell, if it’s half as good as some of his previous stuff, we’re in for a treat.
