We’re still devastated that it will be over for good in a couple of weeks, but at least the last two episodes of Breaking Bad won’t be over in a flash.
The realisation that Breaking Bad will soon be gone for good was hammered home with the poignant poster for the season finale you may have seen yesterday but it is some form of consolation that fans of the show will be able to appreciate the final two episodes of the last series for that little bit longer.
Writer and Producer of the AMC series Peter Gould revealed that the final two episodes of the show will be ‘extra-long’ on Twitter in response to a query from a Breaking Bad fan, with the running time expected to be 75 minutes in the US.
.@petersuderman Final pair of #BreakingBad episodes are both extra long — so check those DVRs!

Factor in commercial breaks, which, thankfully, aren’t an issue for those of us who watch it on Netflix over here and the length of the episodes themselves will be in and around an hour, so between the two of them, there’ll be approximately the length of a half an episode extra in the next couple of weeks.
Not nearly enough, some would say, but the writers probably need all the time they can get to document how in the hell the show is going to end, particularly after all the quite unbelievable goings-on in the most recent episode, “Ozymandias” (Don’t worry, there are no spoilers here).
It’s going to be emotional, bitch.
