We’ve got some good’uns on the box tonight.

If you watched The Late Late Toy Show last night, you’re probably expecting something brilliant on the box tonight to compete.

And while we’re not sure if we’ll be able to live up to that, there are some really good options for you this evening.

Here’s what we’re dealing with:

Back to the Future: Part 2 – 6.20pm – ITV2

Marty McFly is going back to the future again. Or this time, forward to the future? I don’t know. A good movie, though.

Fred Claus – 6.35pm – RTÉ One

A Christmas movie in November? Game’s gone.

Keeping up with the Joneses – 6.55pm – Film4

A relatively funny film with a star-studded cast (Zach Galifianakis, Isla Fisher, Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot). Decent, but nothing to write home about.

Captain America: Civil War – 8pm – RTÉ2

An extremely underrated MCU movie that has a brilliant plot, and some amazing action scenes. It may fall short of the best ever superhero movies, but it’s still a really enjoyable watch.

The Inbetweeners 2 – 9pm – E4

Hilarious, but still not as funny as the first one. If you’re in the mood for a laugh, tune in.

Diego Maradona – 9pm – Channel 4

A special documentary about a special man. You should watch this, even if you’re not obsessed with football.

The Godfather: Part 3 – 9pm – Sky Atlantic

Not as good as the first two, obviously, but nowhere near as bad as people make out. It just had a lot to live up to, is all.

The Big Short – 10.35pm – RTÉ2

A star-studded picture about the consequences of a financial crisis. It makes learning about economics quite fun, which is an impressive feat.
