Here’s the lineup for this week’s Late Late Show

Alan Loughnane

late late show

Friday night viewing.

The Late Late Show returns to our screens this Friday night and usually at this time of the year we’d be looking forward to hiding behind our couch in horror at the cringefest that is the Valentine’s Special.

Things are a little different this year, but how we wish we could go back to the simplistic, intoxicated wonderland that brought Deano to our screens.

Yes, we’re at that stage of lockdown now.

On this week’s show, Garda Commissioner Drew Harris will speak about the work of the Gardaí in policing the pandemic, the challenges facing the force over the coming months and his own tenure in charge of An Garda Síochána.

Joe Schmidt will be speaking about his decision to leave Ireland and what life is like in New Zealand during zero-Covid. He’ll also have a word or two about Ireland’s clash with France on Sunday.

Katie Price will speak with Ryan about the complex needs of her eldest son Harvey as he turns 18.

In a nod to the traditional Valentine’s Special, Ryan will be speaking to four hopeful singletons from the First Dates Ireland series about their experiences of trying to find love during a pandemic.

Stevo Timothy will speak about a harrowing, life-changing event that put him on a different path.

Sorcha Richardson will be in studio for a performance of her single, ‘Don’t Talk About It’.
