Here’s the line-up for the season finale of The Late Late Show

Don't go, Ryan, don't leave us now now now

Tony Cuddihy

Tonight sees the final Late Late Show of the season.

Central to tonight’s show will be a tribute to the late Bill O’Herlihy, who passed away last Monday at the age of 76.

Joining Ryan Tubridy will be John Giles, Liam Brady and Eamon Dunphy.

“Bill was very important to people in RTÉ and to me personally,” said Tubridy.

“He was a lovely man, very warm and encouraging. He was on the show many times. We’re looking forward to remembering him, but with a laugh as well, as he was a very humorous man.”

From the sublime to the ridiculous…

Four Irish celebrities will be competing in a dance competition, which is (at least) for charity.

Dermot Bannon will be dancing Bollywood style for Barnardos; Majella O’Donnell will be doing the jive for Arc Cancer Support Centres; George Hook will be dancing the Charleston for the IRFU Charitable Trust and Rose of Tralee Maria Walsh will be doing the salsa for Bumbleance.

The whole thing will be judged by Rory Cowan, Monica Loughman and Louis Walsh, one of whom we’ve even heard of.
