IMDB have ranked all the shows on Netflix, so here are the top five you should be watching, bitch

JOE

If there’s one thing that the internet is great for, it’s a plethora of lists of pointless stuff that no one cares about, like ’46 reasons why a dog would make a bad English literature professor’.

However, one list that does seem to be actually worthwhile is the one that the lads over at Suggest A Show have just produced on IMDb, ranking the huge number of shows of Netflix to let us know which the best ones are and what we should be clearing our schedule to watch. Here are the top 5:

1. Breaking Bad
badbreaking
No surprise here, Breaking Bad has been winning every award going, and is incredibly addictive. Ironic, considering it’s about drugs.

2. Sherlock

On the other hand, there’s a surprise here, as this revamped version of the classic Sherlock Holmes character seems to be getting a lot of love from fans around the world.

3. Arrested Development
arrested-developement1
The cult comedy classic was so popular that it was brought back by demand, and funded entirely by Netflix. They have been pushing it with publicity of course, but it’s still a few series of pure comedy gold.

4. Firefly
Firefly-Season-2
This is another of the cult classics, and though it only ran for one season, Joss Whedon’s fan base would swear to you that it’s the best thing on TV.

5. Twin Peaks
TwinPeaks7
Ask anyone who’s seen this show and they’ll tell you it’s weird, but also great.

You can check out the full list on IMDB here which includes shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Freaks and Geeks, and new Netflix shows House of Cards and Orange is the New Black.

Now, while this is based on the American Netflix and there are a few titles that might not be available to watch over here yet, surely they will make their way to us at some stage, or you can find some way of watching them.
