“I was brought inside to meet the single biggest physical slab of a human being I have ever seen.”

Irish director and actor Terry McMahon has used Facebook to share his story of how WWE wrestler Sheamus secretly approached him for acting lessons ahead of his big screen debut in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.

McMahon, perhaps best known for writing and directing Patrick’s Day, describes receiving phone calls from a blocked numbers asking for acting lessons before meeting at a secret location and helping the hulking mass of muscle that is Sheamus to bear his soul in preparation for his first big audition – which we now all know that he nailed.

McMahon goes on to mention his own seven-year-old son’s pride that his dad had become mates with one of the world’s most respected and feared wrestlers.
