If you spoke to anyone at the start of 2020, it's unlikely that a huge percentage would have named Dublin duo John and Edward - together they are Jedward - as their heroes.
But 2020 was a strange year and after months of positive messages on social media, including Twitter DMs to everyone in Ireland by the looks of things, and takedowns of former music stars for their mask-wearing etiquette, Jedward have cemented their places as the unsung heroes that nobody saw coming.
This week, they plan to shave their trademark quiffs on Friday's Late Late Show to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society on Daffodil Day.
Friday's episode of The Late Late Show will be dedicated to raising money for Daffodil Day, which can't take place as it normally would this year due to the pandemic.
Sadly, John and Edward Grimes' mother Susanna passed in 2019 after a battle with cancer.

They are using their platform in order to raise money for those affected by cancer.
"We hope all the funds raised will contribute to a cancer-free future," the duo said.
"This is such a good cause and we are sending so much strength and love to all those suffering with cancer."
Fair play, lads.
