Welcome one and all to another episode of the JOE.ie film podcast where resident office fancy dan Adrian Collins, Eoghan ‘Wet Hands’ Doherty and  Sue ‘Baby Hands’ Murphy (of Her.ie fame) shoot the breeze all about movies and stuff and junk.

In this episode, the panel chat about this week’s box office, which casually and flawlessly rambles in to a small tribute to Harold Ramis, whereupon it is revealed that Sue not only hates fun but doesn’t like Groundhog Day either. Please address all complaints to Sue’s twitter page.

There’s plenty of chat about the latest movies too, with Liam Neeson starring in another geriactioner as he tries to find out who’s trying to kill everyone on a plane in Non-Stop AKA High Stakes on a Plane. Sorry about that one. Anyway, Eoghan got a chance to catch up with the stars of the movie to chat about it all, and we get a listen to him meeting The Beast of Ballymena and Julianne Moore.

After that there’s some chat about the other new releases, including Nymphomaniac, which only Sue has seen and she didn’t like the experience of it. There’s also a brand new feature called Trailer Park Boys, where we discuss trailers, and there’s a little bit of time to get through all the Oscar predictions that we’ve got for you in double quick time, because this week’s pod was full of so much nonsense that it was hard to keep it all in. Anyway, if you fancy a flutter on the Oscars, you can get a full rundown on our predictions on our dedicated preview over here.

JOE wants you to get in on the act too by emailing us at [email protected] (with ‘Film Podcast’ in the title), tweeting us @JOEdotie, or get in touch via Facebook where you can send us your thoughts on new releases, the Irish Box Office and anything film-related in general.

Just don’t send us nudey pics, OK?

Remember, by sending us in your own feedback you’ll be in with a chance of winning nothing.

Absolutely nothing. Except our respect. But you must earn it, like the tastiest of salted crackers.
