Joker is continuing to smash all kinds of box office records
Is anyone all that surprised, really?
Have you seen Joker?
If not, how the hell have you managed to survive in a world where everyone has a very strong opinion about what is certainly the most divisive movie of the year?
Some people think it's a cinematic masterpiece, some find it incredibly overrated, but one thing is for sure - a hell of a lot of people are getting themselves down to the cinema to see it.
After having already brought in over $93.5 million in its opening weekend, and then passing the half-billion dollar mark 10 days after its release, it was clear the movie was going to be a huge hit.
And it's not slowing down anytime soon.
It's being reported that the DC comic book movie has shot passed out Deadpool has the highest grossing R-rated movie of all time, surpassing $783 million at the box office, according to Forbes.
A ridiculous amount of money.
Ryan Reynolds, the star of both Deadpool and Deadpool 2, has congratulated those involved with Joker, in typical fashion...

Now there's a crossover that we'd like to see.
Next on the list for Joker to try and pass out is Avengers: Infinity War, the MCU movie that smashed all kinds of records in 2018, before being eclipsed by its sequel Avengers: Endgame the year later.
Our takeaway from all of this? People love comic book movies.
