Coming to streaming very soon, this looks incredible.

An adaptation of Ryan David Jahn's book The Dispatcher by acclaimed TV creator Kris Mrksa (BBC's Requiem), the six-part show is set and was filmed in Victoria, Australia.

The story follows Ian Ridley (Patrick Brammall - Colin From Accounts, The Devil Wears Prada 2, and Overlord), a former police detective whose life fell apart when his young daughter, Maggie, disappeared without a trace 11 years ago.

Now working as a police dispatcher, all that's keeping the father going is his unwavering refusal to accept that his child might be gone forever.

When Ian receives a distress call from a teenage girl he is certain is Maggie, "he will stop at nothing to find her and reunite his broken family, whatever the cost".
