Here’s the line-up for this week’s Late Late Show

Ireland’s latest golfing hero will be on the show…

It’s looking more and more like we’ll be staying in this weekend.

With Storm Eunice on the way, it might be a good shout to wrap up in a blanket and sit in front of the telly on Friday night.

And never fear, the Late Late Show is on hand to provide hours’ worth of distraction tomorrow night.

Ireland’s newest golfing hero, Leona Maguire, will join host Ryan Tubridy to talk about making history as the first Irish winner in Ladies Pro Golf Association (LPGA) history at the beginning of February.

The world number 20 golfer will talk about her whirlwind few months since winning the Solheim Cup back in September.

The Cavan native will also be receiving a tribute from fellow culchie Niall Horan, who will be calling in from LA and is, of course, a big golfing fan himself.

Bestselling author Marian Keyes will be celebrated on the show as she looks back at a near 30-year career in writing, joined by an audience of family and friends.

To top it all off, Eleanor McEvoy will be performing ‘South Anne Street’ from her new album, Gimme Some Wine.

All in all, not a bad way to spend a Friday evening, sheltering from a storm.

The Late Late Show is on RTÉ One on Friday (18 February) at 9.35pm.
