Operation Transformation will be represented by host Kathryn Thomas and the show's five new leaders as it returns for its 15th season amidst some notable critical debate.

Last week, leading charity Bodywhys raised concerns about Operation Transformation, arguing that the popular programme can have a negative effect on those struggling with eating disorders.

Elsewhere on Friday's episode, a special TradFest music session will take place.

Banging the bodhrán accordingly will be some of Ireland's finest trad musicians including Mike Hanrahan (Stockton's Wing), Niamh Dunne (Beoga), Dara and Mick Healy (Boxing Banjo), Bridín, Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh (Altan), Séamus and Caoimhe Ui Fhlatharta, and more.
