This is some coup for QT

This is some coup for Quentin.

Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie, The Hateful Eight, is one we’re all really looking forward to. However, with news emerging today of who’s writing the cinematic score, we might need to take a lie down to take it all in.

The original score for Tarantino’s latest movie will be composed by none other than the legend that is Ennio Morricone.

Tarantino has used Morricone’s music before, but this is the first of his movies to be scored entirely by the veteran composer.

Morricone is, of course, inherently associated with Westerns and he’s the man responsible for one of the greatest and most iconic film scores of all time; The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Morricone himself will be in Dublin next February playing at the 3 Arena.
