Staying in tonight?
It’s Friday and if you’re staying in, there’s a couple of things on the box you might be tuning into to pass the evening.
Here’s who’s on with Ryan and Graham tonight.
The Late Late Show
John Sheahan
To celebrate his 80th birthday, Sheahan will join host Ryan Tubridy along with other guests, including Declan O’Rourke, Damien Dempsey, Ralph McTell, Phelim Drew and many more.
Pat Smullen
Jockey Pat Smullen was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March of last year and announced his retirement earlier this month. He’ll be on to discuss his big life change and what’s ahead of him in the future.
Liz Nugent, Jo Spain and Patricia Gibney
Three of the foremost crime writers in Ireland join Ryan on the couch to discuss what got them into writing, their secrets for success and why Irish people are so obsessed with crime.
Anne and Darren Randolph
Irish goalkeeper Darren Randolph and his mother Anne, who’s pursing a singing career, will talk about football and music.
Viewers will find out whether the budding restorers taking part in this year’s Late Late Show Antiques Challenge were successful in their efforts to restore and revive, and music will be from Soda Blonde, a new band from four of the five members of Little Green Cars.
Graham Norton
It’s a very special episode of The Graham Norton Show tonight as there will be no Graham Norton presenting, but Jack Whitehall will be hosting while Graham is called up for Eurovision duty.
The guests include actor Luke Evans and Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie, while Sam Fender will be providing the music.
Originally, Paloma Faith was supposed to be one of the guests, but it’s now been confirmed that footballer Peter Crouch and Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams will be appearing instead.
