Laura Holland

Making a Murderer fans will be happy to hear that two of the main men featured in the documentary series, Dean Strang and Jerry Buting, will be back in Dublin for a special live talk.

Jarlath Regan will host an evening in conversation with attorneys Dean Strang and Jerry Buting as they bring their show Witness To The Future: Change and Hope Since Making a Murderer to Dublin’s Vicar St on Friday, 9 March.

Strang and Buting rose to fame after appearing in Making a Murdererwhere they acted on behalf of Steven Avery, the central focus of the documentary. Steven was found guilty of the murder of Teresa Halbach despite evidence suggesting he was framed by the Manitowoc County sheriff’s department.

Dean and Jerry won over audiences all over the world for their compassion and perseverance to try and help acquit Mr Avery.

Now, they will bring their tour to Dublin’s Vicar Street. Tickets, priced at €36, go on sale this Monday, 5 February at 9am through the usual Ticketmaster outlets.
