“How you doing, dad?”
Malcolm in the Middle stars Frankie Muniz and Bryan Cranston have reunited after fifteen years in an emotional video.
The reunion, which has been circulating online, has sparked discussion over a potential reboot for the coming-of-age comedy series.
In the video, Muniz is seen with a crate of Dos Hombres Mezcal, owned by Cranston and his Breaking Bad co-star Aaron Paul, who can also be spotted in the clip.

Malcolm in the Middle stars reunite as reboot rumours circulate
The video comes just a few days after Frankie Muniz sparked rumours of a potential reboot of the series, saying that he would “love to see where Malcolm and his family are now.”
The comments came when he appeared as a guest on the Bialik Breakdown podcast with Big Bang Theory star Mayim Bialik.

Revealing that he tried to get a reboot going about a decade ago, with Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek (who plays Lois) both on board, Muniz said there was only one thing in the way – the show’s creator.
“Linwood Boomer, the creator of the show, he was like ‘I think it would be amazing, but I don’t want to do it’.”
However, Boomer said that if Muniz could convince the right team of writers to get on board, “it will have my blessing… if what they [the writers] come up with is good.”
Discussing the fact that Cranston has been heading the idea over the past couple of years, Muniz said, “we’ll see what happens. I would love it.”
However, in the years since the idea was first thrown about, Muniz admitted that the last decade of TV has given him greater caution about any potential new series.
“So many shows have been rebooted,” he said. And so many shows shouldn’t have been rebooted… I don’t want it to be one of those shows, so it has to make sense.”
Debuting in 2000, Malcolm in the Middle ran for a total of seven seasons, ending in 2006.
