People got upset without really knowing the full story.
You may remember a certain episode of The Graham Norton Show that aired a few months ago because on the couch that night was Kate Beckinsale, Dominic Cooper, Matt LeBlanc and Emilia Clarke. It was memorable because not even Daenerys Targaryen could resist the charms of Joey Tribbiani as the Game of Thrones actress giddily asked LeBlanc to recite Joey’s most iconic line.
Oh yeah, they also had an innuendo filled chat about ‘the good bits’. Take a look.

It’s clear that the duo are on good terms because the actress even posted this photo to her Instagram account.
The actors were reunited on the red carpet yesterday as E! did a split-screen interview with LeBlanc and Clarke. Once again, LeBlanc admitted that he hadn’t watched her show past the first season but his subsequent remark has incited an online backlash.
“I fell out of touch with it and I guess that’s when she started getting naked,” he said, “So I need to catch up.”

After hearing these remarks, plenty of people were quick to express their opinion without really knowing their friendly history.

Matt Leblanc sounded like a douchebag talking about missing Emilia Clarke nude scenes. Emilia handled it like a PRI on #ERedcarpet
