Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we’re taking a sneak peek at the brand new trailer for the upcoming comedy Michael Inside.
Plot’s it all about?
Every now and again, Irish cinema releases a drama that everyone is talking about, and in 2018, we’re guessing that Michael Inside will be that movie.
We were lucky enough to catch a screening of it a few months back, and we can confirm that it is nothing short of astoundingly powerful.
The movie tells the story of an 18 year old man (Flynn) living in a Dublin housing estate with his grandfather, when he is caught holding drugs for his friend’s older brother and is sentenced to 3 months in prison.
Once inside, the once-innocent(ish) young man begins to bend and warp to a hardened criminal, especially once he has been taken under the wing of the prison heavy (Dunford).
