Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we're taking a sneak peek at the new teaser trailer for Molly's Game.Plot it's all about: Don't worry if you haven't heard of Aaron Sorkin before, because he's mostly known for his screenwriting work. Molly's Game sees him take the director's chair for the first time, as well as scripting duties (obvs), to add to his previous work such as The West Wing, A Few Good Men, Moneyball, The Social Network, Charlie Wilson's War and more besides.
The film tells the true story of an Olympic-class skier (the always incredible Chastain) who ran the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game and became an FBI target. Her players included movie stars, business titans and unbeknownst to her, the Russian mob.
When the net begins to close in around her, she is offered an escape deal via her representation (Elba), but continues to fight what she believes to be the good fight.
The trailer looks pretty spectacular, with the pairing of Chastain and Elba particularly winning, and being released right in the middle of Oscar season shows they've got a good feeling about this one.
To be honest, so do we.
Starring: Jessica Chastain, Idris Elba, Chris O'Dowd, Michael Cera, Kevin Costner.
Directed by: Aaron Sorkin.

Enjoy!
