The soundtrack will be stuck in your head for weeks…

Ah, the end of the week.

The best day to relax to the fullest, seeing as you know you’ll be back on the job on Monday morning.

But Sunday is the day when you can forget about all that, and what better way than with a great film?

Here’s JOE’s picks for the top movies on TV tonight.

Megamind – RTÉ 2 – 4.15pm

This animated supervillain film is far funnier than it has any right to be.

Johnny English – ITV2 – 4.30pm

Rowan Atkinson is James Bond meets Inspector Clouseau in this spy spoof.

The Greatest Showman – Channel 4 – 5.45pm

Just in case you missed it over Christmas, somehow.

Apollo 13 – ITV4 – 6.15pm

Tom Hanks and faulty aircraft – name a better duo. We’ll wait.

X-Men: Apocalypse – E4 – 9pm

Just watch the Quicksilver scenes, honestly.

Last Man Standing – Turner Classic Movies – 9pm

A Prohibition style remake of Kurosawa’s “Yojimbo”.

Drive – Sony Movie Channel – 10.50pm

Our top pick for tonight is a crime drama that has been often imitated, but never equalled.

Ryan Gosling stars as the near-silent anonymous getaway driver, tasked with protecting a woman and her child.

The soundtrack is deadly, the direction is incredible, and the supporting cast is brilliant. A must-watch.

End of Watch – BBC One – 11.55pm

Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena team up to take down a cartel in this cop drama.

LISTEN: You Must Be Jokin’ with Aideen McQueen – Faith healers, Coolock craic and Gigging as Gaeilge
