Totally bonkers – and kind of satirically brilliant in spots – sci-fi action adventure in which Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes are thawed out in a future neither are prepared to properly understand.
Nonetheless, they engage in violent battle.
Babylon A.D. – Film4 – 11.20pm
Another sci-fi effort here, this time starring Vin Diesel as a mercenary on a dangerous mission.
Not quite in Demolition Man’s league, unfortunately.
As Good As It Gets – TG4 – 12.05am
Jack Nicholson is in full ‘loveable rogue’ mode as a misanthropic writer who is forced to come out of his shell and learn to appreciate the lighter side of life.
