Movies on TV Tuesday 28 May

For you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day in your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.

Tragically, Street Fighter 1994 edition is not on the telly this evening, so the above quote will not be unleashed in all its glory by the late Raul Julia.

It is indeed Tuesday, however.

Bank Holiday on the horizon.

We’ll get there.

For now, some movies on the television. Here’s your lot on this Tuesday, 28 May…

Crocodile Dundee II – E4 – 8pm

The second one.

The Bank Job – TCM – 9pm

Jason Statham heads up an old-school London heist.

Unbroken – Film 4 – 9pm

Jack O’Connell’s athlete is taken hostage during World War II.

Hudson Hawk – SyFy – 9pm

Bruce Willis steals priceless art while singin’ the blues.

A colossal flop that threatened to bury the Die Hard man’s career, and worth the watch for that very reason.

The Man with the Golden Gun – ITV4 – 10pm

One shot, one kill for Roger Moore’s 007.

I, Frankenstein – Film 4 – 11.50pm

Okay, turns out tonight really isn’t that stellar on the movie front.

Still, if you like ‘so bad it’s kinda good’ non-starter franchise efforts, fill your boots.

LISTEN: You Must Be Jokin’ with Aideen McQueen – Faith healers, Coolock craic and Gigging as Gaeilge
