Ever wonder how much money is spent on guests appearing on The Late Late Show? Well, wonder no more.
The show spent €180,000 on guests between 2015 and 2016. According to The Independent, the figures were obtained by The Herald through the Freedom of Information Act.
More than €90,000 was spent each year securing guests and musical acts. €91,021 in 2015 and €93,985 in 2016, to be exact.
The average amount spent on each show was approximately €2,500 per episode.
It seems they have been a bit more money conscious in these two years as they previously spent €125,000 on guests in 2014.
Interestingly, some people are exempt from getting paid, like politicians, those promoting a movie, music or programme.
