Over 250,000 tickets are on offer during the 4 day sale.

Clever clogs in your local cinema chain are taking note of the big airlines with this deal.

While we’re used to flash sales for cheap airline tickets, but Omniplex Cinemas are selling over a quarter of a million cinema tickets for whatever you want to go see next week.

You can head to their site right now and book tickets to any film they’re showing from Monday 4 to Thursday 7 September, and all tickets are just €6 each, unless you’re heading along to see something in their MAXX screenings, which are priced at just €8 each.

With the summer blockbuster season over, and pretty much everyone back to school or college or, well, continuing to be back in work, but without the potential for nice weather when you clock out, it is a decent time to get back into the cinema and check something out you might have missed in the last few weeks.

We recommend checking out Detroit or Lucky Logan if you haven’t already, because they’re too of the “smaller” releases that aren’t getting the love they hugely deserve, but then there is also the option to check out the 3D, big-screen re-release of Terminator 2, still one of the greatest action movies of all time.

There are 26 Omniplex cinemas around the country, and the sale applies to every one of those branches, but the tickets are on a first come first serve basis, so best to get booking.
